Venus has been serving as a Kamehameha Schools Maui K-12 Outreach Counselor for the past 5 years.  She has spent over 30 years working with children, youth & families as an executive director, program developer, teacher, counselor, ROPES Challenge Course instructor, experiential learning consultant and a facilitator.  She has developed culturally relevant curriculum and programs for youth and families statewide and continues to be a strong youth and family advocate who remains actively involved in serving our communities through various means.
